Accommodation, meals and selected drinks will be covered for the duration of the conference. Guests are only required to purchase their flights and visa requirements (if required) to attend the event.
This exclusive event aims to unite our principal customers and strategic partners while exploring a number of the benefits that involve developing and implementing a fully digital transformation strategy within the African banking sector.
Guests are required to book and purchase their own flights, we encourage you to book your flights for arrival into Victoria Falls on the morning of the 13th May and depart either the morning or afternoon of the 15th May. Guests will be transferred to the hotel, airport and various venues via our event transfer services.

What can you expect at the conference?
Day 1: Monday 13th May
Arrive at either the Victoria Falls Airport or Livingstone Airport where you will be transferred to the Elephant Hills Hotel for check-in. Guests will have a chance to relax before being transferred to The Riverside for a sunset cocktail hour and evening alongside the river. The evening concludes with a welcome dinner alongside the river to unwind and connect with your colleagues, industry acquaintances and key EFT Corp Account Executives.
Day 2: Tuesday 14th May
Awaken at Elephant Hills Resort with a breakfast that sets the scene for the day. The resort transforms into a hub of intellectual exchange as guests gather for the Banking on the Future with EFT Corporation Conference. Presentations and keynote speakers from our sponsors will cover the following and more:
- An introduction to the growth of Digital Banking in Africa
- Exploration and discussion of digital banking and how this can enable businesses, improve customer experiences and increase revenue
- An opportunity to renew and re-establish relationships among the African banking ecosystem and how support can be provided within regions
- Exploration of Banking as a Service (BaaS), SME banking and Digital wallets within the African continent, and
- Driving financial inclusion across Africa to the emerging markets that aim to bank the unbanked
The event will provide you with the opportunity to meet with your EFT Corp Key Account Executive or discuss with the EFT Corp Executive team how digital banking technologies can integrate into your bank. As the day draws to a close guests will be transferred to The Look Out Café for a farewell dinner to celebrate the days happenings.
Day 3: Wednesday 15th May
Guests can choose to participate in a final activity with your EFT Corp Account Executive before your transfer to either the Victoria Falls Airport or Livingstone Airport for departure.
