Your Role
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced, and English and French-speaking Project Manager who thrives in complexity and brings order to chaos. You’ll lead high-impact projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they run on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations. This is your chance to manage cross-functional teams, shape delivery strategies, and work on cutting-edge digital payment solutions that change how Africa transacts.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-end project delivery: from client onboarding to post-launch support.
- Leading and managing multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
- Aligning cross-functional teams around best-in-class project delivery standards.
- Championing risk management, financial oversight, and quality control.
- Driving process improvement and operational excellence across the board.
- Engaging stakeholders and ensuring clear, collaborative communication at every level.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in both English & French and comfortable working in both French and English-speaking regions.
- Willingness to travel to and work within Africa.
- Proven experience in Project Management—bonus if it’s in fintech or software development.
- Experience with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- A problem-solver mindset with a passion for innovation and ownership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.
- A technical background is a big plus!
