Your Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the glue that brings our teams, clients, and tech together. You’ll manage multiple exciting projects – from launching new financial services to rolling out cutting-edge mobile solutions – and make sure they’re delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence. This is your chance to work on meaningful projects that directly improve lives through innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of projects from client onboarding to launch and support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, timely project execution.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to bring their digital solutions to life.
- Keep things organized and on track with smart project planning, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
- Use modern tools like MS Project, Smartsheet and Jira, to stay in control and connected.
- Champion quality by managing testing, timelines, and deliverables like a pro.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in project management or a related role.
- A good grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and people skills.
- Tech-savvy eager to learn modern project management tools.
- A proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude – you love solving problems and making things happen.
- Bonus: A passion for fintech and a solid understanding of digital or mobile solutions.
