Your Role
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll ensure our payment systems stay smooth, secure, and cutting-edge. You’ll work on exciting projects that directly power digital payments — from ATM and mobile transactions to e-commerce and beyond. You’ll collaborate with global teams, solve meaningful challenges, and support systems that millions rely on daily.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure high availability and performance of payment systems.
- Monitor, configure, and optimize our EFT platform (Postilion suite).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
- Plan for future growth with capacity and security in mind.
- Lead testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers.
- Support exciting internal and customer-driven projects.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in system administration or engineering.
- Strong EFT/payment systems experience (Postilion is a big plus).
- Solid understanding of payment tech — from EMV to ISO8583.
- A mindset geared toward growth, precision, and performance.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A drive to make a difference — and the initiative to lead from the front.
- Bonus points if you’re certified in SQL, project management, or Microsoft environments.
